ボローニャにある私の家の親密な空間にあなたを歓迎します。そこは殺風景なスタジオでも、工業実験室でも、展示スペースでもありません。 ここでは、時間は異なるリズムに従います。
私たちはゆっくり仕事をします。 厳密に手作業で行います。 私たちは、天然で本物の色を持つ、古代種の鶏の純粋な小麦粉と卵のみを使用しています。 ベジタリアンメニューもございます。 グルテンフリーメニューはご利用いただけません。
うちの犬は家族同然で、一緒に暮らしています。アレルギーや犬が苦手な方は、このパスタ作り教室はご遠慮ください。
