ワインの専門家が同行するこのサービスは、ボルドーのブドウ園、その歴史と伝統の紹介で構成されています。テイスティングテクニックの紹介。この地域で見られる多くの分類の説明。そして、私たちが熟成させたボルドーの偉大なワインの4つの古いヴィンテージのテイスティングと、地元の豚肉とチーズをベースにした食事が伴います。
2010 年より前のヴィンテージのワインをテイスティングできます。ボルドーの両側が代表されます。1990 年代、1980 年代、時には 1970 年代まで下がります。ワインの専門家と一緒に、古いヴィンテージのグラン クリュ クラッセ ワインを試飲するまたとない機会です。
