シチリアの代表的なお菓子であるカンノーリを覆うのに使う、パリッとした貝殻の作り方をシェフが教えます。 手でこねて生地を独特の形に揚げていきます。 また、伝統的なリコッタのスイーツからカスタードまで、カンノーリの殻を満たすクリームがどのように仕込まれているかもご覧いただけます。 料理教室の最後には、手づくりのカンノーリを試食！
