This was a GREAT experience!!! Booked this class for my cousin and I and we had a blast! Paolo the instructor made this a beautiful experience and he was very funny!!! Would definitely recommend this class!!!

Bought this as a birthday gift for my partner, wasn't sure what to expect. However on arrival the staff were super friendly, gave us refreshments untill the other participants arrived. We were greeted by chef mary who was brilliant, very friendly and explained how we would make the cannolis. She was so encouraging throughout, had patience with the young children and was rather funny. Once we has made the cannolis we are sat outside to eat them along with lots of wine. The best cannoli in all of Sicily, mouth-watering with ricotta and pistachio, will be one of our stops if we return to Taormina.
