厳選された 4 種類のエトナ ワインの試飲と素晴らしい地元料理を楽しみながら、一貫した感覚の旅をお楽しみください。
食品の試飲は、当社の田園地帯で生産された Nocellara dell'Etna のエボ オイルのサンプルから始まり、3 つの異なるフレーバーの MYetna オイルで続きます。
典型的なコールド カットとシチリア チーズの豊富な盛り合わせを続けます。自家製のジャムやクリーム、揚げた前菜、山菜のソテー、有名なシチリアのカポナータを添えて、地元の特産品が提供されます。
テイスティングは、リコッタチーズ（フレッシュチーズの一種）、チョコレート、ブロンテの自家製ピスタチオクリームのデザートで締めくくられ、甘いリキュールワインが添えられます。

Excellent!
Beautiful visit. The Guide was exhaustive and excellent, very prepared and we were super satisfied! Not to mention the excellent wines tasted and always accompanied with excellent food.... Experience to be redone and stra Recommendation!!!!

Great Tour, Lovely Guides
There are plenty of tour operators offering mountain bike trips from Mount Etna and I would advise to shop around as the offerings are very different. For instance, with some there has to be an adult completing the tour when it involves a minor, for this one the presence of the adult was sufficient a tthe start and end of the tour, which suited us more. Súperb!
Half day e-mountainbike tour with our private guide Simone Pulvirenti. Beautiful day, nice whether, good material, excellent guide. Simone knows a lot about the Etna, the surroundings, the history and nature. We loved our tour(guide)!
