厳選された 4 種類のエトナ ワインの試飲と素晴らしい地元料理を楽しみながら、一貫した感覚の旅をお楽しみください。
食品の試飲は、当社の田園地帯で生産された Nocellara dell'Etna のエボ オイルのサンプルから始まり、3 つの異なるフレーバーの MYetna オイルで続きます。
典型的なコールド カットとシチリア チーズの豊富な盛り合わせを続けます。自家製のジャムやクリーム、揚げた前菜、山菜のソテー、有名なシチリアのカポナータを添えて、地元の特産品が提供されます。
テイスティングは、リコッタチーズ（フレッシュチーズの一種）、チョコレート、ブロンテの自家製ピスタチオクリームのデザートで締めくくられ、甘いリキュールワインが添えられます。
