地元民の家で行われる少人数グループのパスタ作り教室に参加し、その地域で最も有名なパスタ料理の秘密を学び、地元のワインを飲みながら、その成果を味わいましょう。
レッスン中、地元の家庭料理人が 3 つの本格的な地方のパスタ レシピのコツを解説します。料理のスキルを試して楽しんでください。各参加者は、料理を作るための調理器具とすべての材料を備えたワークステーションを持ちます。その後、厳選した赤と白の地元ワインとともに、準備した料理をすべて味わってください。
