コモ湖とアルプスのパノラマの景色を望む素晴らしいペントハウスで、ユニークなロンバルド料理教室を体験してください。 ポレンタ、そば、黄粉「フィオレット」など伝統的な小麦粉を使った北イタリア料理の定番を、親しみやすい体験型クラスで学びます。
情熱的な地元のホストの案内で、以下の3コース料理を作成します。 ルガネガソーセージのポレンタボール、ブレサオラ、ジャガイモ、カセラチーズのそば粉ラビオリ、そして「フィオレット」粉を使った伝統的なデザート「パン・メイノ」です。
