This was a last minute selection, I was looking for something to do on a day trip to Ghent. Matias (sp) was our guide. He was prompt and engaging. He tried to include everyone in the group in conversation. I knew alcohol samples were included, but I cannot drink alcohol, so Matias hooked me up with a coffee at the last stop. Our guide Matthius was very knowledgeable & friendly. Not stingy with the tastings! Lots of info about not only the food & drink but the architecture & history of Ghent. Would 100% recommend.
