480 年の歴史ある建物に囲まれた、ユニークな料理体験をお楽しみください。礎石は、ムーレイ アリ ビン ラシッドが率いるモリスコ族がアンダルシアからシェフシャウエンに移住した際に据えられました。調理されるすべての料理は、ユダヤ教徒、キリスト教徒、イスラム教徒が平和的に共存していた 1470 年の時代からインスピレーションを得た、アンダルシアとモロッコの特色を備えています。モロッコ料理の鮮やかなタペストリーを、食事だけでなく、モロッコ料理の豊かな風味と伝統を巡る忘れられない旅を約束する、没入型料理教室で発見してください。
