経験の詳細
コロンボ料理体験は特別なものです。この国の心と魂に没入できる本物の旅だからです。 一般的なクラスとは異なり、活気ある市場見学から始まり、地元のスパイスや新鮮な農産物、各食材の文化的意義を学ぶことが多い。
実践的な体験は、無菌教室ではなくホームキッチンで行われます。 石臼と杵でスパイスをすりつぶしたり、土鍋で炊いたりと、代々受け継がれてきた秘訣を学びながら、伝統の技を習得します。
1つの料理を作るだけでなく、完全な「ご飯とカレー」のご馳走を用意します。複数のカレーとサンブールのシンフォニーです。 地元の家族との親密な関係で、本物の文化交流の場となっています。 レシピだけではありません。ストーリーや伝統、自分で作ったおいしい食事のシェアなど、旅の思い出を永続的でパーソナルなものにします。
