フォンタナ村田という素晴らしい農家で、古代シチリアのレシピに倣った生パスタとカンノーリの調理法を学びます。
フォンタナ村田農園は、300ヘクタールの敷地に小麦、オリーブ、ブドウ畑、シッカーニョトマトを栽培。40年前に農園内にアグリツーリズムが誕生。 シチリア島西部で初めてライセンスナンバー1を取得
家族の物語、歴史ある農場の話をゲストと共有します。 私の会社や敷地内の原料を使用します。
