Grandma's Cooking Barcelona では、料理を通して伝統を伝える実践的な料理教室を提供しています。
おばあちゃんやおじいちゃんたちが、何世代にもわたって受け継がれてきたレシピを共有します。
おばあちゃんと一緒にキッチンで素敵な時間を過ごしましょう。通訳をしてくれる「ソーシャル クック」がお手伝いし、スペインの伝統料理をその源泉から直接学びながら楽しい時間を過ごせるようにします。
実践形式では、おばあちゃんが前菜、メインディッシュ、デザートからなるフル メニューを一から調理する方法を教えてくれます。
すべての準備ができたら、みんなで集まって食事をします。料理には地元のワインや飲み物が添えられます。
友人や家族と一緒に料理をしながら、リラックスした雰囲気の中でスペインの豊かな料理の伝統に触れてください。キッチンでお会いしましょう。
