Wonderful Lunch in Cortona
The Hands-On Cooking Class was very enjoyable and informative. Glenda owns a property with livestock and grows her own produce. We used her tomatoes for the pasta sauce. We prepared bruschetta, pici pasta with Sugo al Fumo sauce using her tomatoes, and a Tiramisu. Then we ate our prearations with red and/or white wine. A Must Do!!!
This was a wonderful experience!! We were surprised to be taught by an executive chef from Florence!!! We made and ate authentic Italian food, which was delicious!!! We all loved the experience and would make sure to do it again.

Was not looking forward to spending a day in Italy in a kitchen, cooking…but after a culinary experience with Fabio the cooking day was the hi-lite of our entire trip! We still talk about it, 6 months later. Best meal of the entire trip. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience
The Hands On Cooking Class in Cortona was excellent. The meeting place in the main piazza in the center of town was super easy to find and the kitchen was beautiful. Glenda proved to be a great teacher. She taught us how to make fresh pasta and Tiramasu, and she made everything so simple and easy to remember. She was a very gracious host. Glenda was a fabulous chef and teacher and story teller . Her love for her family and country was evident in all of her dishes . The location and ambience on her kitchen was truly unique and inviting. Thank you , Glenda, for making each and everyone one of us feel comfortable. This by far , was one of our favorite tours/ memories of our trip
