カリブ料理ショー、トップシェフ、24キッチンに出演したことで知られるヘルミ・スメルダーズシェフによる実践的な料理教室で、カリブの鮮やかな味を体験してください。カリブ料理の秘密を発見し、タマリンド、フンチ、ミノカサゴなどの珍しい食材の使い方を学びます。初心者でもベテランの料理人でも、このクラスは料理のレパートリーを広げる絶好の機会です。そして何より、最後には一緒に作った料理を味わうことができます！
