Cooking class at Villa Alessandra in Forio, Ishcia
A great cooking class! Alessandra takes her time and really shows her expertise and love for her cooking. We made delicious gnocchi and eggplant parmesan along with Caprese cake. Everything was well layed out and the ingredients were all fresh and vegetables grown in the home garden. A truly unique experience. This class would benefit anyone who loves to eat and make delicious Italian food. Our teacher Alessandra was so attentive.to out likes and explained everything beautifully.

I absolutely loved my culinary experience with Alessandra! She is warm, welcoming, incredibly kind, and an excellent teacher. Her passion for Italian cuisine shines through, and she takes the time to explain everything with patience and clarity. Utterly fantastic, can’t recommend enough
Alessandra was fantastic. She welcomed us into her home and we were made to feel like special guests in her kitchen. We were treated to fantastic recipes and drinks. She let us be as involved as we wanted with a very relaxed atmosphere. The food was incredibly delicious - the best we ate in Forio, and the fresh ingredients were all from her or her family’s garden which made it even more special.
