ホストの方言の「u prisc」は、何かをすることの喜びを意味します。マウロとあなたがこの旅を分かち合い、プーリアの古代の伝統的な味を発見するのと同じ喜びです。
料理は、1700 年にさかのぼる薪で焼いた農家の古い石造りのオーブンで調理されるため、味わう料理はプーリアの最も古い農民の伝統に由来しています。すべての料理は、古代の家族のレシピに従って、伝統的なテラコッタの鍋で調理されます。
夕食は、農場で最も美しく最も古いエリアで行われます。本物の飼い葉桶とオリジナルの石造りの床がある厩舎です。
