Extraordinary and warm experience
After shopping with Isaac, we prepared 2 delicious tagines in the company of Amélie thanks to Isaac's expert advice. Our two hosts were charming; we talked about cooking, of course, but also about Morocco. We enjoyed 2 succulent tagines, one savory and one sweet, and had a very good evening. We highly recommend this experience.
Amélie and Isaac are extremely kind. After this very good time, Isaac kindly accompanied us toward the medina to find our Riad.

A fantastic cooking and cultural experience
Highly recommend this experience - Isaac is an excellent host sharing his home with kindness and generosity. His insider tips as well as patience with us all, ensuring our adult teens equally enjoyed the experience was exceptional. This was the best mint tea in our 12 day trip - no more burnt mint leaves for us! An authentic, delicious, and generous experience
Isaac is adorable.
He shares his story and his passion with you with such delicacy and generosity.
I experienced this moment with my 14 and 12-year-old sons and they discovered many things in a very fun way: they loved it!
We went to the market, prepared the Moroccan dishes we had chosen, and enjoyed all those flavors with great pleasure.

A true highlight in Essaouira - authentic, personal, unforgettable!
I booked Ishak's cooking class to introduce my niece to Moroccan cuisine during her first trip to Morocco - and it turned out to be the highlight of our week in Essaouira.
We met at a small local market to buy fresh ingredients together, then cooked at Ishak and Amélie's home. The whole experience felt very authentic and personal. Ishak explained everything - from spices to cooking techniques - in a fun, engaging, and easy-to-follow way.

Fabulous experience
We booked to cook with Chef Ishak as we wanted to learn to cook tagines like the locals. We were given a good choice of recipes and shown around the local market to buy provisions before taken to Ishak’s home.
The warmth of his welcome made us feel like we were meeting with friends. We had a great time learning about the different spices and how to cook with a tagine. The meal was delicious but what we came away with was more than just a full belly.
