+56 枚の写真It was amazing. First we went to the local market end bought the ingredients together with the guide. After that we prepared the meal at the families house and finally had the meal. Khadhija and her husband told us a lot about the culture in Marocco, their life and history and he played music together with our kids.
It was a wonderful cooking event. We walked through the market to Khadija and Hussein's house and did some shopping along the way. At their place, we were offered tea, and then we got started. Khadija showed us how to prepare two different flatbreads and chicken with various spices. Delicious! We then received the recipe via WhatsApp so we could try it at home. It was very interesting, and we had very kind hosts.
This was an excellent experience in a famiy home allowing you to get the understanding of Moroccan cooking. The meeting instructions were straightforward, arriving by taxi. Hussein and Kadija were lovely hosts, first shopping locally for ingredients, followed by a cooking lesson on tea making, bread making, warm salads and a sweet lamb tagine. We had a great meal - we couldn't eat it all!
Very nice experience with our daughters aged 15 and 12. We felt very welcome. and have really learned something about the rich Moroccan cuisine. Recommended!
Wir fanden den Kochkurs sehr toll. Die Familie, die den Kochkurs macht ist sehr sympathisch und wir durften anfangs auch auswählen was wir kochen wollen, was auch sehr toll war. Das Kochen machte Spass und wir fühlten uns bei Kadija und ihrem Mann zuhause direkt wohl. Wir würden es jedem weiterempfehlen!!! :)
