Fantastic experience
It's absolutely perfect :) the food is really good and the view is stunning. I had a date there with my girlfriend and it was simply amazing. Sevi and her family are very sweet people and during our brunch they took such good care of us and you can realy feel the heart and love for their culture and food. Feeding the goats and taking a walk across the farm was a lot of fun. A table full of Crete!
All Crete in one plate! We tasted delicious homemade pies,a variety of cheeses, little desserts, fresh fruits from the farm and a lot of delights! Thanks for everything. We will Come back to baxes

Traditional cretan greek delights
If you are a traveler, who visits Crete and wants to learn more about the island's culture and traditions, you should definately check out Sevi's cooking lessons. They take place in Sevi's family traditional tavern, Baxes in the breathtaking village Krousonas. I chose what we would cook and under the guidance of Sevi i was able to cook my now favorite new dish gemista and more.
