Mandarin speaker enhanced excellent experience for 80 year old senior & daughter. :)
Travelled with my 80 year old Mandarin speaking mother. I had requested for a Mandarin speaker if possible and had no expectations - we were most delighted with Hanna. Her conversational Mandarin was good enough for my mother to enjoy the morning of house farm visit, marketing, coffee and cooking and have a more than decent conversation, which was brilliant.

A fabulous day with our host Rosie taking us around town to see how things are grown, where to get things from the market before finally cooking some delicious meals!

Highly recommended cooking class in Hoi An!
My brother and I had a great time at cooking with Jolie.
We started by learning about traditional farming, followed by a market visit and cooking.
The instructors are very knowledgeable and make the class very fun.
The selected menu is nice, represents typical dishes in the area which are very tasty and not hard to do later at home!
Some fun competitions take place during the course, but I am not going to spoil you, just go and enjoy!

An incredible experience!
A thoroughly enjoyable cooking class!
This cooking class with Jolie Villa included a trip to the nearby vegetable village, local market, coffee shop, and (of course!) the cooking and eating.
It was a well planned morning from start to finish. Very professional, but also lots of fun. We made a variety of vegetarian dishes (they adapted recipes for us!), such as summer rolls, bánh xèo, pho and more. We loved preparing the food and playing games along the way.
