エウガネー丘陵は、ヴェネツィアの数 km 南にあるパドヴァ - ヴェネト平野から 300 ～ 600 m の高さにそびえる火山起源の丘陵群です。 地元ツアー リーダーの同行で、エウガネの丘の中心部に入り、エウガネの領土にある 2 つの有名なワイナリーを訪問し、この地域で最高のワイン生産を発見します。 ここでは、火山起源の特殊な土壌と良好な気候により、さまざまなブドウの栽培が可能です。 白ワインの中でも、グレラブドウの生物型であるセルプリノは、プロセッコの「火山」バージョンです。ピノ・ブラン。ガルガネガ、シャルドネ、マンゾーニ。 カベルネ・フラン、カベルネ・ソーヴィニヨン、メルロー、カルメネールが赤ワインの中にスペースを見つけました。 ブドウ畑の散策、セラーの訪問、そして典型的な地元の食材と組み合わせたさまざまなワインの試飲の間に、最高のワインの表現についてのワインメーカーの賢明な話を聞きます。
