このワインの試飲の間、「トリベネト」地域の焦点があります。このワインテイスティングは4つのワインをカバーし、すべてが小さな前菜またはアバットフェイム（チケッティと呼ばれ、スペインのタパスに似ています）とペアになっています。名前、色、香り、味、食べ物の組み合わせ、サービング温度、最高年齢、アルコール度数、地理的地域について話し合うことで、ワインについて深く学びます。
