アンデス山脈の麓を背景に海岸線に沿って佇む蒸留所は、ヤシの木、朱色のヒタキ、ピンクペッパーの木が茂る静かな環境の中に建っています。リマの賑やかなエネルギーから静かに逃れるのに最適です。
当社のジンは、独自の基盤を誇り、社内で蒸留されたピスコにより、他のジンには比類のない個性を与えています。一方、当社のラム酒は、地元産の新鮮なサトウキビの果汁からエッセンスを得ています。
私たちの手作りへのこだわりは、比類のない高みに達しています。蒸留器の横でくつろぐ夜から、標高 4,000 メートルを超えるコルディエラ ブランカ山脈の頂上で氷水を集めるまで、アレックス (創設者、蒸留者、CEO) はあらゆる面に細心の注意を払い、実践的な精神を注ぎ込んでいます。
