真のギリシャのキッチンに足を踏み入れ、ギリシャで行われているような料理を体験してください。 この体験型クラスでは、パイ、グループごとにメイン、ディップ、サラダをそれぞれ1つずつ選んで、自分だけのメニューを作成します。 すべての料理は、自分の好みに合わせて作り上げられながらも、ギリシャの食文化の本質である、味を適応させ、伝統を尊重し、それぞれの料理を自分のものにすることを学ぶことに導かれる。
地元の新鮮な食材を地元のお母さんやお父さんと一緒に調理し、繊細なフィロを転がし、鮮やかな味を混ぜ、世代を超えて受け継がれる技術を探求します。 単にレシピ通りに作るのではなく、ギリシャの味を身近に感じ、手や味蕾で形作る。
個々に味わっても、テーブルでシェアしても、みんなで創作を楽しむシェアミールで体験を締めくくりましょう。 これは料理教室以上のものです。ギリシャの文化、食べ物、そして自分らしいごちそうを作る喜びへの旅です。
