We vonden het leuk om een afwijkende workshop te doen dan de standaard aangeboden. Deze gevonden. Een aardig stel die buiten hun drukke werkzaamheden een biologische workshop aanbieden. Je komt bij ze thuis en bij hun familie huis. Alles wordt verteld over hun tuin en je gaat ook nog mee naar een lokale markt. Heerlijke gerechten gekookt die de lokale mensen zelf ook eten met familie en vrienden. Het was leuk en lekker, echt een aanrader!

True Cultural Experience
We had such a wonderful experience at Hoi An Organic Cooking Class by Vy.
The day was much more than just a cooking class. We started by learning about the organic produce and ingredients used in Vietnamese cooking, before visiting the local market, which was a great way to experience everyday Vietnamese life and learn more about the fresh ingredients.

Must do if in Hoi An
” For us aged 19 and 21 from Manchester we couldn’t have imagine to get to know two unbelievable traditional local hoi AN people better. The VY cooking class opened our eyes to how Asia cook their food and how the hold process works in leading up to a heart warming meal. Vietnamese people don’t just cook food but they grow their own ingredients. Katie and chef showed us this process all morning which the knowledge of the chef is second to none. An amazing experience
The experience was amazing. Nhung and Nguyen do such an amazing job creating an authentic experience.
The length of visit worked perfectly with our children who absolutely loved it. This is our second time doing it and it is always an amazing and fun experience.
Food is outstanding and we will definitely be back again.
