We cannot recommend this cooking class enough! Jasmin was lovely and the food delicious. It was just us in the class and we spent about an hour and a half cooking a huge selection of 6 local dishes and she walked us through the different spices and techniques used, then we sat down to our fabulous lunch! Best of all, she sent us the recipes for our favourite dishes so hopefully we will be able to use our new skills back home 🙂

I made five dishes: Coconut Fish Curry, Shrimp Stew, Bean Curry, Beet Salad, and Coconut and Cabbage Salad! A two-hour cooking class where you carefully prepare each item and are guided through the order of cooking. South Indian cuisine, which is stir-fried in coconut oil and full of vegetables, is the best home-cooked meal!!

I had an absolutely wonderful time with Jasmin!! The food was AMAZING, it was some of the best food I have ever tasted. I told Jasmin she should open her own restaurant because her food was better than all the restaurants I have been to in Fort Kochi. The family is so kind, their house is beautiful, and the experience was worth every penny.

Jasmin welcomed us into her home and taught us how to cook traditional keralan cuisine. The food was excellent and there was a feast afterwards. Perfect for an advanced or beginner cook who wants to learn how to mix all of the Indian spices and make Keralan cuisine (better than the restaurants around). She also gave us tips and recommendations.

We had a great time at Jasmin's cooking class - Jasmin taught us how to cook Keralan fish curry, fried prawns, bean mazkuvarati with little prawns, carrot and cabbage thoran, Dhal and at special request Meen Pollichattu. Amazing experience in her lovely home
