クラスは、新鮮な季節の地元の食材を使用した伝統的なインドネシア料理に焦点を当てており、すべての料理に風味が詰まっています。クラスでは、伝統的な調理技術を学び、スタッフが海外で代用できる食材を教えてくれるので、自宅で本格的かつ革新的な料理を作ることができます。
料理と食べ物はクラスの中心ですが、満腹以上のものを残します。授業中はシェフに何でも質問できます。彼らは、インドネシアの文化や地元の生活についての知識を共有するのが大好きです。
シェフはロンボク本土またはギリ島出身で、地元のササック文化に精通しています。結婚の伝統や社会規範から教育や地元のライフスタイルまで、インドネシア人であることの詳細を知ることができます。
