Super kook workshop in Senggigi!!!
Wat een geweldige ervaring is dit!
Eerst een tour door de tuin waarbij Chris werkelijk tientallen kruiden, groentes en fruitsoorten geplant heeft wat je kunt gebruiken tijdens de workshop. We maakten met 8 personen 11 gerechten.
Vanaf de boemboes tot de heerlijke gerechten. We hadden per 4 personen hulp van een kok en 2 extra helpende handjes. Dit resulteerde in een gezamelijke maaltijd soto ayam tot pandan pannenkoekjes met kokos. Ook voor vegetarische deelnemers was er veel keuze. Echt een aan...続きを読む

Herzliche Cooking Class
Herzlicher Homestay mit tollen Menschen
Wir hatten ein tollen Aufenthalt bei Chris und seiner Familie. Er, seine Frau und die Mitarbeitenden haben uns herzlich aufgenommen und den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht. Er hat auch die Besten Tipps für Trips auf der Insel. Es gibt auch die Möglichkeit direkt in der Unterkunft einen Scooter zu bestellen für einen fairen Preis. Wir haben auch an der Cooking Class teilgenommen, die ebenfalls fantastisch war und definitiv ein Muss!

Fantastic
This was much more than we expected from a cooking class. We started by exploring the beautiful tropical garden and learning about local herbs, vegetables and spices before cooking together. Everything was prepared from scratch and we made many different traditional dishes. The atmosphere was friendly and personal, and afterwards we enjoyed all the food we had cooked. A fantastic way to experience the food and culture of Lombok. Highly recommended!

Amazing
We had such a great time at Senggigi Cooking Class. The experience was very hands-on and relaxed, and we learned how to prepare several delicious Lombok and Indonesian dishes using fresh ingredients. The garden tour was a lovely part of the experience, especially seeing and picking some of the herbs and spices used in the cooking. The family was welcoming, patient and explained everything clearly. Definitely one of the highlights of our time in Lombok.

Traditional Cooking Class
We stayed for three nights at this accommodation and are really thrilled. The people are super friendly and the grounds are beautiful. It is a little oasis.
We also did the cooking class. It was a wonderful experience, we were really thrilled. The women know how to cook!
