インドネシア料理教室を体験できます。 月曜日から日曜日のクラスは、最小2名から最大12名までです。
料理教室スケジュール :
毎日11:00または16:30
「インドネシア料理」の違った味わいを体験し、地元の特産品について学んでください。
ホットチリとハーブを使ったスパイシーな地元の「ロンボク料理」から、新鮮なココナッツミルク、パームシュガー、ピーナッツを使ったジャワ料理の甘さまで。 ライム、レモングラス、タマリンドの独特な風味とフルーティーな酸味をご覧ください。

– サテ・アヤム ( チキンサテ )
– Perkedel Jagung ( コーンフリッターズ )
– ペペス・イカン ( Fish in Banana Leaf )
– ロンボク・カリ（カレーチキン、魚または野菜）

– Cumi Balado ( 辛いか )
– Dadar Gulung ( ロールパンケーキ )
