この終日ツアーでは、植民地時代後のポルトガルの複雑な物語を、リスボン中心部のキッチンでどのように表現されているかを探ります。カーボベルデのシチュー、カチュパから始めましょう。ポルトガルのチョリソをちりばめ、卵をトッピングした、ホミニーが詰まったバージョンは、自称「カチュパの王様」自身によって準備されています。アンゴラのコーヒーとサントメのチョコレートをいただき、これらの商品のルーツは奴隷制であり、現在の自由貿易基準への動きについて学びます。ブラジルの宗教的偶像を販売する店を訪れ、アフリカの宗教的伝統がポルトガル王室の植民地支配者によって何世紀にもわたってカトリックの中でどのように偽装されてきたかについて学びます。
