One of the better food tours I've been to in Europe. Our guide was knowledgeable, friendly and had great suggestions for things to see and do around Malta. Mdina and Rabat are beautiful and must-sees. And of course the food is delicious!
Excellent tour combining the local sights and history with plenty of local food to sample. Chris was our guide, and was well versed on the history and indeed local knowledge. Tour went a a good pace with plenty of time to take in the wonderful streets. The food was authentic local dishes from local vendors, a great way to sample the real food of Malta.
Our guide was absolutely fantastic – full of energy, enthusiasm, and an obvious love for Malta’s culture and history. His passion made every story and every stop come alive, and we learned so much while having fun. We tried pea pastizzi, rabbit, Maltese sausage, stuffed olives, and even had the chance to drink Kinnie. It was the perfect mix of culture, history, and authentic local flavors. Chris was great! He messaged the night before to make sure no one had allergies. He knew the area well, as his family has lived there since the 1400s. He really tried to pay attention to things my friend and I were taking photos of to show us similar things. So much attention to detail. He really made it special.
What an amazing tour with Chris yesterday! Mdina and Rabat are absolutely beautiful and full of fascinating history which Chris is obviously passionate about. The food and wine were delicious and we came away absolutely stuffed! We managed to dodge the heaviest of the rain as well! Can’t recommend this tour highly enough. Fantastic!
