El Quetzal de Mindoは、エクアドルのRuta de Cacao（チョコレートルート）の始まりです。職人の小さなバッチスケールでチョコレートを作るプロセス全体を見てください。我々はココアの木で始まり、新鮮な果物を味わい、完成したチョコレートまでのプロセス全体を見る。私たちは、様々なチョコレート、チョコレートバーベキューソース、チョコレートティー、もちろん世界的に有名なブラウニーの試飲で終わります。ツアーは月曜日から金曜日の午前10時から午後5時まで週7日間運行しています。 1時間に1時間、新しいツアーを開始します。
