ナラマタ ベンチは、湖のそよ風が涼しく、最適な温度で日差しを浴びており、カナダで最高のブドウ栽培地域を作り出しています。
なだらかな丘陵とさまざまな微気候とテロワールを備えた変化しやすい土壌により、さまざまな高級ブドウが生産されます。赤ワインには、ピノ ノワール、メルロー、カベルネ ソーヴィニヨン、シラーズ、マルベックが含まれます。白ワインはまた、シャルドネ、ピノ・グリ、ゲヴュルツトラミネール、セミヨン、ソーヴィニヨン・ブランなど、ナラマタのテロワールで繁栄しています。
