川の合流点にある伝統的な屋外キッチンで食事を準備し、運河のロケーションが歴史とあなたをつなぎます。 何百年もの間、香辛料は、あなたが調理する川や運河に沿っている平底船で運ばれていました。
ロケーションはあなたと自然を結びつけます。 水辺の屋外キッチンで調理します。 日没時には数百匹のフルーツバットが頭上を飛ぶ。
ウォーターフロントのダイニングパビリオンでご用意したお食事をお楽しみください。
アンティークの砥石、竹やココナッツの貝殻を使った調理器具、地元産のテラコッタ鍋など本格的な道具を使用。
スリランカを香辛料貿易で重要にした香辛料と、スリランカ料理を特徴づける香辛料について学びます。
