料理教室とフランス語クォーターのカクテルツアーを組み合わせたツアーで、ニューオーリンズの豊かな料理の歴史を探索しましょう。 まず、エンターテイメントのデモンストレーションでプロのシェフからルイジアナ料理の基本を学び、ジャンバラヤ、ガンボ、プラリネなどの定番料理を試食。
料理教室が終了すると、ツアーガイドがスクールに到着する前に、雑貨店で数分間買い物をして、ツアーの第2部へお迎えに行きます。 フレンチ・クオーターの建築を眺めながら、歴史あるバーに立ち寄り、ビッグイージーで最も名高いカクテルを飲みましょう。 この楽しく有益なツアーでは、ニューオーリンズの味や文化を発見することができます！ カクテルツガイドが調理学校の外で午後4時15分までに集合します。 料金にはドリンク2杯が含まれています。

Very enjoyable . Cooking mixed with the history of the region. The dishes were fantastic! The cooking demonstration was easy to follow . I am anxious to make them with my friends!
If you are interested in learning a bit about New Orleans history and the difference between Creole and Cajun cooking this is the tour for you!
I had the best time, I flew from London and head chef was so welcoming and everyone else was amazing.
