Highly recommended workshop
We did this as a family with our 8-year-old son, and it was one of the highlights of our trip. Everything about it worked — the hands-on chocolate-making process, the tasting, the setting — but what really made it special was our instructor, Edgar.

Very neat and educational experience
This was such a fun a neat experience. I really enjoyed learning about real chocolate and getting to make it. Edgar was very friendly and good to work with. I would recommend this experience when visiting Oaxaca.

Hice la clase de chocolate con Pablo! Aprendí y me divertí mucho (y ahora tengo chocolate sabroso). Pablo tuvo mucha paciencia con mi español (quería practicar) y explicó cosas de maneras alternativas y en inglés cuando necesario. Lo recomiendo!

Making chocolate yourself - a great experience!
Great experience! We made chocolate ourselves and got many good explanations on the subject of ‘chocolate’. The guide knew a lot about it and was totally committed.
