ホストのカティアです。私の家族のレシピとその歴史を通して、一緒にベネチアの伝統料理を発見しましょう。ヨーロッパで最も古い市場のひとつである歴史ある市場を訪れ、市場の歴史についてお話しします。果物や野菜、スパイスでいっぱいのカラフルな屋台をご覧いただけます。その後、私の家に行き、パスタを一から作ります。典型的な「ビゴリ」は、古いプレス機で作ります (このタイプのプレス機は 1600 年代に発明され、「ビゴラロ」と呼ばれています)。ベネチアの前菜であるチケッティもお召し上がりください。最後に、私の地域で発明された有名なデザート、ティラミスを作ります。
