この 4 コースのワークショップは約 2.5 時間で、パエリアとスペイン料理の世界への素晴らしい入門となります。
ホストの 1 人がカバ ワインを 1 杯お出しし、クラブのコンセプトと使用する食材についてご説明します。その後、ゲストは 2 人ずつのグループに分かれて調理ステーションに向かいます。そこでは、パエリアを調理するために必要なすべての道具と食材が、完全に没入感のあるダイナミックな方法で用意されます。ゲストの人数に応じて、複数のパエリア レシピが作成され、ゲストは複数の種類のパエリアを味わい、調理方法を学ぶことができます。
スタッフが「パエリアの秘密の 10 ステップ」を案内するので、くつろいだ気分でお楽しみいただけます。プレビューとして、10 ステップの秘密のステップの 1 つをプレゼントします。ステップ 1 - プレミアム ワインを一口飲みます。
ワークショップ終了後、パエリアの調理が終わるまでの間、シェフが作った他のコース料理や、カタルーニャのワインと合わせたパエリアをお楽しみください。
