4 つ星の丸天井を備えた典型的なサレント地方の古い小屋の心地よい庭でお客様をお迎えします。この小屋は最近改装され、過去には馬小屋や倉庫として使用され、現在は地元の伝統に従った素晴らしい料理体験を提供するために使用されています。
施設を見学した後は、地元の代表的な産物を使った食前酒と上質なサレントワインを味わうことができます。
みんなが仕事に戻った直後に... お客様と一緒にパスタを準備し、「フレッシュトマト＆バジル」と「チチェリ＆トリア」ひよこ豆をベースに野菜と揚げパスタのミックスで味付けした2種類のソースで味付けします。
夜には、伝統音楽「ラ・ピッツィカ」を聴くことができ、ご希望の場合は、ストルネッロの伴奏として用意されている高級楽器製作のギターとタンバリンを演奏することもできます。
素晴らしい手作りアイスクリームと新鮮な自家製リモンチェッロで夜を締めくくります
