デュラム小麦セモリナと水を混ぜてさまざまな種類のパスタを作り、それぞれの形式に最適なソースを準備し、合わせる方法を学びます。さらに、ランチの締めくくりとして、私たちの庭で栽培された季節の有機食材のみを使用して調理された、古典的なイタリアの高級料理のいくつかの料理が提供されます。
レッスンの後は、自分で準備したおいしいランチを楽しみ、リーヴァ デル ガルダの丘でリラックスしてください。
