本格的なシチリア料理を堪能するのは忘れられない体験となるでしょう。 アンナリサさんの家では、各レッスンは島の料理の歴史を特徴づけてきた味と伝統を巡る旅となります。 新鮮な地元の食材を使用して、何世代にもわたって受け継がれてきた伝統的な料理を作り、家庭的な雰囲気の中で、本物のシチリアの家族の一員になったような気分を味わえます。 調理後は、地元のワインを飲みながら、一口ごとに特別な味わいを醸し出す物語を味わいながら、楽しいランチで分かち合いのひとときを味わいます。
