Our guide Miko is very knowledgable and friendly. Since we had little kids, seniors and a vegetarian in our private, he made sure each of us are taken care of with all the food choices. Each of the food we have tried were very delicious and authentic. He showed us the way of the locals eat.

+15 枚の写真We had a good time with Miko who took us to a Peking duck restaurant, a hot pot place and a rice wine place as well as Hutongs in Dongsi area. He's a friendly chap who speaks really good English and runs a fun tour. If you are short of time in Beijing to explore food on your own this tour is well recommended.

Kevin is not only an entertaining host, but also gives a lot of other information that will help to understand the food and the people of Beijing even more. Picking up at the hotel with attentive driver Joe was on time. We went to several restaurants. Kevin always asked me what food I would be interested in. But I always followed his recommendations. That was good, because without exception everything was very delicious and varied.

We had the pleasure of taking a food tour in old Beijing with Miko as our guide, and it was an exceptional experience. Miko was friendly, courteous, and incredibly helpful throughout the tour. His knowledge of the local cuisine and culture was an added bonus to our exploration, making it both enjoyable and informative. We had a fantastic time sampling delicious foods and learning about these dishes.

We managed to try every single Beijing ‘must eat’ within our time with Miko. He was a fabulously friendly guide who not only opened our eyes to the food but to the culture and history around it. A delicious way to start our stay in Beijing and we highly recommend to all!
