料理の前に、ハーブとスパイスのガーデンをガイド付きで散策し、新鮮なターメリック、ショウガ、ガランガル、レモングラス、パンダンの葉、カフィルライムの葉、チリなど、バリ料理に欠かせない食材を発見しましょう。 バリの日常生活における彼らの料理、薬、文化的意義について学びましょう。
