テイスティングでは、マスターハムカッターがハムの種類ごとの秘密をガイドし、ハムの由来や養生方法、豚の種類、食生活、気候などの要因が風味や食感にどのように影響するかなどを説明します。 グラン・リザーバからベロータ100％の専用ハムまで、味と食感の進化を堪能できるツアーです。
