My husband and I loved learning how to make Sangrias (the right way!) and tapas. The recipes were easy and I think we can recreate them at home.
I’m so glad my husband and I took this Tapas and Sangria class! We learned new techniques and plan to make some of the recipes for our friends!

Mateo and Alberto were very good. I had a nice time. The class was perfect for my expectations - not terribly challenging but we got to try all the techniques and learned some new skills.
