Anthiの農場でシフノスの中心部に足を踏み入れ、ユニークなヤギの搾乳とチーズ作りを体験しましょう。 フレンドリーなヤギや他の家畜にエサを与えて冒険を始めましょう。 10年以上の経験を持つ熟練農家Anthiさんの指導のもと、ヤギの乳搾りやマノラのような地元のチーズ作りの伝統技術を学ぶ。 体験の後は、本格的なベジタリアン料理（※肉料理はリクエスト制）を堪能できる美味しい自家製ディナーをお楽しみください。 家族やカップルにぴったりのこの没入型のアクティビティは、忘れられない思い出を作りながら、誰もが農場ライフを楽しむことを誘います。

想定されること：
-18時または19時に農園で直接アンティーにお迎えします（季節によって異なります）。 交通手段がない場合も心配ありません。Anthiはアポロニアの公共駐車場からお客様をお迎えに手配できます（他の場所からの送迎の場合、ご希望と空き状況により可能）
-農場のフレンドリーなヤギや他の動物に与えることから訪問を開始します。 楽しくインタラクティブな方法で動物と絆を深め、地元の農家のように感じることができます。
-Anthiからヤギの乳搾りの技術を学ぶ。 冒険心? ヤギの1匹を自分でミルクで搾乳してみてください！
・新鮮な牛乳がマノラ（島の特産品である美味しいシフノスチーズ）に変身する様子を学ぶ。
-ディナー付き： では、本格的な郷土料理の数々をお楽しみいただける、フルトラディショナルディナーをご用意しています。

Give something new a try! Great night!!
What’s fantastic night. Spent an hour meeting, petting, feeding and getting to know the many animals on the farm. Not just goats! Learned how to milk a goat for the first time which was more fun than expected. The dinner was off the charts. Everything was fantastic. After dinner we made cheese with what we milked earlier. Great hosts. We had a lovely group to spend time with. Would highly recommend. Be prepared to get your hands a little dirty.

A wonderful experience
What a wonderful experience! We got to meet the goats, a horse, donkey, pigs, chickens, geese and cats. Milking was an experience! The real stars of the show however were our wonderful hosts and the absolutely delicious dinner they prepared. Love every minute!

Goats, bunnies, cats, birds, pigs, donkeys and cheese - what’s not to love?
My visit to Anthis Farm was a really enjoyable, hands-on experience and a great break from the usual sightseeing. There are a lot of animals you can interact with and they will greet you at the gate. I petted happy pigs, spent time with bunnies, and got to know Rita the donkey along with a group of very friendly and cheeky cats. So Much Fun and Delicious Food
This was me and my fiancée’s favorite part of our trip to Sifnos, and is well worth your time. Exploring the farm and seeing the wide range of animals is so much fun, and so was actually milking the goats. After being shown around the farm, we sat down and were fed a delicious meal consisting of a wide range of dishes, which were l spectacular.
