ドルドーニュのペリゴールへのキャビアについて詳しく知るために、2時間のツアーをお楽しみください。最初に農場を訪問し、プロのガイドがノイヴィックのキャビア生産に関する彼の知識をすべて共有します。ツアー中は、オリジナルの体験を試すことができます。手でチョウザメを捕まえようとすることができます。ショップに戻ってスクエアVIPに戻ると、マスターキャビアクラスの試飲ができます。そこでは、シグネチャーバエリ、リザーブ（ビジネスクラスキャビア）、オシトレ、ベルーガの4種類のキャビアを体験できます。エステートで作られたキャビアバター。これらのすべての料理には、スパークリングワインとウォッカのショットが添えられます。
