テイスティングは、ギリシャの要塞を含む何世紀もの歴史を持つ敷地で行われます。ワイン専門家がシチリアの地域と伝統を代表する 4 種類のワインを案内しながら、ブドウ園と緑豊かなエキゾチックな庭園を散策する楽しい訪問をお楽しみいただけます。さまざまなブドウ品種、土壌、そしてこれらの優れたワインを生産するために使用されているワイン醸造技術について学びます。
ターゲット: ブドウ品種: 光沢のあるカタラット。色は明るい麦わら色で、オレンジの花、黄金のリンゴ、桃の香りがあり、わずかにミネラルの香りがあります。味は辛口で風味豊かで新鮮です。

Small group tasting....
Small group tasting. Maybe 10-12 people max. Takes place at the winery, which is a beautiful property. We walked all over the property getting the history and philosophy of the winemaker. After the facility tour and a small section of the vineyard, we sat for the tasting experience. Generous portions of food to pair with the wines. Julia was our host. Superb wines in a beautiful location
Cannot recommend this tour enough. There was plenty of detail and we got to see a lot of the vineyard itself and were given plenty of time to explore as well. The location itself is very interesting and stunningly beautiful, with a lot of history. The tasting was great with a lot of variety as well as flexibility to specific tastes if people wanted. Vineyard tour and tasting near Siracusa
Elegant wine tasting room. Delicious wines and accompaniments. Beautiful winery. Well presented information and, of course, lots of history. (Yes - we bought and they will ship)

Wonderful winery experience!
The tour was informative, and the wine and food were both excellent. We ordered a case of the wine to ship home to Australia, we enjoyed it so much! I fully recommend this experience!
