テイスティングは、ギリシャの要塞を含む何世紀もの歴史を持つ敷地で行われます。ワイン専門家がシチリアの地域と伝統を代表する 4 種類のワインを案内しながら、ブドウ園と緑豊かなエキゾチックな庭園を散策する楽しい訪問をお楽しみいただけます。さまざまなブドウ品種、土壌、そしてこれらの優れたワインを生産するために使用されているワイン醸造技術について学びます。
ターゲット: ブドウ品種: 光沢のあるカタラット。色は明るい麦わら色で、オレンジの花、黄金のリンゴ、桃の香りがあり、わずかにミネラルの香りがあります。味は辛口で風味豊かで新鮮です。
レ フェデリコ: 赤い果実、花、バニラの香りがあります。味は柔らかく、バランスが取れていて調和がとれており、しっかりとした構造と心地よい包み込みを表現しています。
