Wine Compass was one of the highlights of our time in Dijon. The tasting was fun, highly informative, and exceptionally well done. Matthieu is charming, engaging, and remarkably knowledgeable, not only about Dijon and Burgundy but also about wines from Spain, Italy, and other regions around the world. Matthieu was very cool! The wine tasting was in his little wine cellar, the ambiance was super. The event was funny and interesting and we tasted really good wines. I can only recommend!

Had a great time! The guide was very English friendly and was happy to answer any questions we had and wasn’t afraid to delve deeper into those topics. I learned a lot about the smells and taste of wine, along with the history and making of the wines in both France and Italy. Would easily recommend if you are in the area!

A very pleasant moment and a very interesting tasting. The wines were interesting and diverse, with a special mention for the Monthélie Matthieu's welcome is pleasant and the explanations are clear, especially for beginners. A nice experience, especially for discovering local production.

This experience was beyond what I expected. Somehow I was the only person who booked that particular day and Matt was absolutely wonderful. The old cellar is a fantastic setting which stays cool even during this heat wave! I didn’t have much tasting experience so he first went through the different aspects of how to taste wines.
