私たちと一緒に、市場で買い物をしたり、本格的なスリランカ料理を作ったり、8 つのお気に入りのスリランカ料理を食べたりすることができます。この日は 2 つのパートに分かれており、ゴール市で最大の生鮮市場 (グリーンマーケット、フィッシュマーケット) を探索します。ここでは、調理する前に新鮮な食材を購入します。その後、トゥクトゥクで料理学校に戻ります。料理教室は、野菜、スパイス、ハーブなど、スリランカのエキゾチックな食材を紹介する素敵な海の見えるバルコニーで行われます。

A fantastic afternoon well spent with Yamuna. We cooked a feast and laughed all afternoon. Took enough food home for our next meal. 8 dishes all different and all delicious. Excellent value!!
