イタリアで最も自然が手つかずのまま残された地域の一つ、モリーゼで、本格的なトリュフ狩りの技を体験してみませんか。
この没入型体験は、トリュフ狩りの伝統が3世代にわたって受け継がれてきたブッソ（CB）にあるディ・イオリオ・タルトゥフィ家の農園で行われます。
旅は温かい歓迎と、トリュフの世界への簡単な紹介から始まります。トリュフの自然環境、季節ごとのサイクル、そしてトリュフを見つけるための技術について学びます。 その後、熟練のトリュフハンターと高度な訓練を受けた犬たちと共に、周囲の森へと向かいます。 自然の小道を歩きながら、土の中に隠されたトリュフを探す猟師と犬の間の特別な絆を目の当たりにしてください。
狩猟の後は、ガイド付きの食体験のために夏に戻りましょう。 旬の新鮮なトリュフを使ったトリュフ料理の数々を、モリーゼ地方の厳選された地元ワインとともにお楽しみください。 これは、リラックスして、味わい、製品をじっくりと堪能する時間です。
