このアクティビティは、伝統と現代性をユニークに組み合わせたものです。伝統はダイニングのセットアップ、ノンナの家で過ごした日曜日を思い出させるシェアテーブル、そして伝統的なレシピにあります。現代性は、シェフ レオナルドがそれらのレシピを再発明した料理スタイルと、エトナ山で採れた 4 種類の高級ワインのテイスティングにあります。
場所も独特ですね。ランチは、花や多肉植物でいっぱいの18世紀からの場所であるシチリア中庭で提供されます（天気がよければ）。

Delicious multi course lunch with 4 wine pairings. Plus learned about wine making in and around Etna and took a self guided tour of the vineyard. Easy to uber from central Catania to the vineyard.
